Return & Refund Policy

We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process.

Returns

  • You can request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Do not accept packages that appear tampered or unsealed upon delivery. If you notice any damage, report it immediately to our customer care team at [support@vedancy.com].
  • Please record a video while opening the package as proof in case of missing or damaged items.
  • Products with a broken seal or opened packaging cannot be returned or replaced for safety and quality reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased under clearance sales or special promotions.
  • Clothing and soft goods that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed.
  • Personal care, hygiene, and consumable products (except in cases of damage or incorrect delivery).
  • Items purchased under Buy 1 Get 1 offers—only 30% of the sealed product's value will be refunded if returned.

Damaged/Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or missing product, please contact us at [customercare@vedancy.com] with:

  • Images of the received products.
  • A picture of the outer packaging box and invoice.
  • Details of the missing or incorrect item.

Once verified, we will send a replacement or the missing item within 5-6 working days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • In cases of unreasonable return requests, a reverse shipping charge of ₹200 will be deducted.

Important Notes

  • Issues like taste preferences, mild side effects (e.g., rashes, stomach upset), or flavor differences are not covered under returns.
  • If you receive an incorrect order, notify us within 24 hours for a prompt resolution.
  • Any reward points/credits used in the order will be adjusted in case of refunds.
