Shipping Policy

At Vedancy, we are committed to delivering your orders swiftly and efficiently. We keep a ready stock of all products available on our website, ensuring that your order is dispatched within 1-3 business days. However, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally lead to slight delays.

Our standard delivery timeframe is 4 to 6 days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During peak seasons or festive periods, minor delays may occur due to high demand. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. Deliveries to rural areas may require additional time.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email notification. As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send you the tracking details via email. Registered users can also check order updates in the "My Account" section on our website.

We offer free shipping on orders of INR 499 and above. For orders below INR 499, a nominal shipping charge of INR 80 will be applicable.

Our delivery partners will attempt to contact you before delivery. If you miss their calls three times, an email reminder will be sent. Failure to respond may result in your order being returned to our warehouse.

Currently, we ship only within India and do not offer international shipping.

For those who prefer to pay upon receiving their order, we provide a Cash on Delivery (COD) option. The maximum order value for COD is INR 10,000. However, COD availability may vary depending on your location and the specific product. If COD is not available, online payment methods will be required.

In the case of delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, Vedancy will not be liable for any damages or losses. We reserve the right to modify our shipping policy at any time without prior notice.

For any issues regarding product delivery, customers should contact Vedancy immediately with order details for a prompt resolution. While we take utmost care in packaging, any damages during transit should be reported directly to the courier service responsible for delivery.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Beyond this period, cancellation requests will not be accepted. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the customer must follow the return policy.

If your order has been processed or dispatched before receiving your cancellation request, Vedancy reserves the right to decline the cancellation.

Vedancy also reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, technical issues, or other reasons. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund, and they will be informed accordingly.

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect details provided by the customer, the additional re-delivery cost will be borne by the customer.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the cancellation confirmation. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method. If you encounter any issues with your refund, please contact Vedancy’s customer support for assistance.

Vedancy holds the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of fraudulent transactions or payment disputes without prior notice.
