Vedancy Return & Refund Policy

At Vedancy, your satisfaction and wellness are our top priorities. We aim to provide you with a smooth shopping experience and stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns

  • No returns are accepted after delivery.

  • Products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Please do not accept packages that appear tampered with or unsealed at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage, immediately contact our customer care team at support@vedancy.com.

  • We recommend recording a video while opening the package to serve as proof in case of missing or damaged items.

  • Products with a broken seal or opened packaging cannot be returned or exchanged for safety and quality reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Items bought under clearance sales or special promotional offers.

  • Personal care, hygiene, and consumable products (unless damaged or incorrectly delivered).

  • Products purchased under Buy 1 Get 1 offers — only 30% of the sealed product’s value will be refunded if returned.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive damaged, defective, or missing products, please email us at customercare@vedancy.com with:

  • Photos of the received product(s).

  • Images of the outer packaging and invoice.

  • Details about the missing or incorrect item.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or send the missing product within 5-6 working days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item passes our quality inspection.

  • Refund amounts will be credited to the original payment method.

  • For unreasonable or non-compliant returns, a reverse shipping charge of ₹200 will be deducted.

Important Notes

  • Returns are not accepted for reasons such as taste preferences, mild side effects (e.g., rash, stomach upset), or flavor differences.

  • If you receive an incorrect order, please notify us within 24 hours for a quick resolution.

  • Any reward points or credits used in the purchase will be adjusted accordingly in case of refunds.
